Greylist Information

You may have come here because of a message in your mail log said something about greylisting.
We employ greylisting on our servers as an anti-spam measure. Greylisting is easily described as asking the sending server to try again in a short period of time after initial contact. The email messaging protocol was designed with this in mind. Most mail servers are complient, so the short answer is, don't worry about it. Your mail server will (should) try again shortly and the message will then be allowed through. Click the image for a larger version of the greylisting process.
